Naturally Fit QC - Bench Press Competition

This past weekend saw Naturally Fit Quebec’s anual bench press competition. On hand was Canadian Powerlifting Champion, and GP3 user, Matt Court. And, as his his namesake, the king truly was holding “court”. Matt showed the NFQC staff and customers “how he do” by benching 750 pounds raw. We’ll be following big Matt as he competes to retain his title.

Supplement King - Bedford, NS

Donato’s Supplements - Sydney, NS

I had the pleasure of travelling to Sydney, Nova Scotia last week and stopped in to see my friend, Jimmy Donato. Jimmy is fresh off a huge victory at the NSABBA bodybuilding show a few weeks back taking his class and the overall. He was still in great shape which is amazing since he just got back from a week down south (a much-deserved vacation).
