When do I take GP3™?
For best results, on training days we suggest 3-6 capsules 30 minutes before training, and 3-6 capsules immediately following your workout. On non-training days, we suggest 3-6 capsules upon waking and 3-6 capsules before bedtime. See our recommended dosing schedule by clicking the "How to Use" tab.


Can I take GP3™ with food?
GP3™ can be taken with food, but we recommend taking it on an empty stomach to ensure proper absorption (especially of the BCAAs)..


Do I have to take GP3™ on non-workout days?
Yes – it is important in order to keep your creatine levels up to get the full effectiveness of the Kre-Alkalyn®. As well, the other ingredients help you to repair from the previous days workouts and keep your body in an anabolic state.


Besides GP3™, what other supplements should I be taking?
You don't need to take any other supplements when taking GP3™. GP3™ contains creatine, glutamine, and BCAAs: the essential supplements for growth and performance. It goes without saying, but even with the addition of GP3™ it is necessary to ensure you are ingesting the correct amounts of protein, carbohydrates, and fat to reach your goals.

Do I need to cycle GP3™?
No, there is no need to cycle GP3™. It can be, and should be, used continually year round to ensure your gains continue.


Are there any long-term negative side effects?
Absolutely not! Kre-Alkalyn® is the safest creatine available. BCAAs and glutamine are required by the body for optimal health.


What results can I expect with GP3™?
